Camilla is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist via Safe Education. Today she works as a personal trainer at SATS Nesttun, Norway.

I love my job, and I work with clients with different goals everyday. Being able to make a difference for their health makes me extremely happy and motivates me everyday.

I have a chronic neck injury and know what it’s like to live with pain everyday. I have experienced on my own body how exercise can result in a higher quality of life. I also have experience with exercising during pregnancy and the time thereafter.


She ensures, “When you train with me, YOU are the focus. I will help you, support you, motivate and inspire you to reach your goals through efficient, optimal and functional training.

4 - week training program without follow-up

This program is for you that has strength and conditioning experience and feel confident maneuvering around in a gym.  You have the motivation and persistence to follow a program on your own.

Answer a detailed questionnaire that allows your coach to create a bespoke detailed 4-week training program for you

What you get:

  • Individualized training program, with detailed progression planned, based on answers from questionnaire.
  • Every workout is planned down to the load (weight), repetitions and rests.
  • Access to ALTINA to log and track your workouts.

Standard

Monthly training program with follow-up

This program is suitable for anyone (from beginner to advanced) who feels their nutrition is intact but seeks help with their training progress.

A detailed questionnaire on you training experience, injury and motivation gives your trainer the ability to create a bespoke training program for you, for as long as you wish.

What you get:

  • Unlimited contact with your coach via chat and email.
  • Weekly follow-up/adjustments to your program.
  • Individualized training program, with detailed progression planned, based on answers from questionnaire.
  • Every workout is planned down to the load (weight), repetitions and rests.
  • Access to ALTINA to log and track your workouts.

Complete

Full training and diet regime designed to meet your goals, including follow-up.

This program is suitable for all from beginners to individuals fully committed obtaining their body transformation goals.

What you get:

  • Individualized nutrition plan, based on foods you enjoy, without a feeling of deprivation. This should NOT feel like a diet!
  • Individualized training program, with detailed progression planned, based on answers from questionnaire.
  • Every workout is planned down to the load (weight), repetitions and rests.
  • Access to ALTINA to log and track your workouts.
  • Unlimited contact with your coach via chat and email.

For this program we will ask you to complete a food diary in the week preceding your program in order for us to create the optimal nutrition plan for you.
