Erick is certified as personal trainer, Performance Specialist, triggerpoint therapist and masseur.

He has worked as a personal trainer and group coach since 2014, and trained everything from children and seniors to athletes with good results. With a versatile background, solid further-education and training, he can help you with weight reduction, strength training and endurance training in addition to treating and preventing sports and everyday injuries or ailments.

 

Erick is an active father of 3. He’s been doing sports and strength training since elementary school where it started with basketball and soccer. He later started strength training, kickboxing and muay thai which he’s still doing today. In addition, he also runs several OCR's (obstacle races) a year. This is a challenging sport that puts both fitness and strength to the test if you want to perform well on the races.

He says, “The personal trainer education gave me a better composite understanding of the human body and exercise. Performance Specialist taught me more about the analysis of motion patterns and function, correction exercises, adaptation variables, soft tissue treatment and mental training. The massage and trigger point courses gave me the tools I needed to process and provide a more comprehensive offer for those who train with me.”

This program is for you that has strength and conditioning experience and feel confident maneuvering around in a gym.  You have the motivation and persistence to follow a program on your own.

Standard

Monthly training program with follow-up

This program is suitable for anyone (from beginner to advanced) who feels their nutrition is intact but seeks help with their training progress.

A detailed questionnaire on you training experience, injury and motivation gives your trainer the ability to create a bespoke training program for you, for as long as you wish.

  • Unlimited contact with your coach via chat and email.
  • Weekly follow-up/adjustments to your program.
  • Individualized training program, with detailed progression planned, based on answers from questionnaire.
  • Every workout is planned down to the load (weight), repetitions and rests.
  • Access to ALTINA to log and track your workouts.


Complete

Full training and diet regime designed to meet your goals, including follow-up.

This program is suitable for all from beginners to individuals fully committed obtaining their body transformation goals.

  • Individualized nutrition plan, based on foods you enjoy, without a feeling of deprivation. This should NOT feel like a diet!
  • Individualized training program, with detailed progression planned, based on answers from questionnaire.

For this program we will ask you to complete a food diary in the week preceding your program in order for us to create the optimal nutrition plan for you.
