Where do I find the 50+ workout templates?
In ALTINA there are 50+ workouts for different types of training available for you.
Log in to altina.altinasport.com, go to 'Help' and then 'Workout Templates'. Click on a workout to see the details, then ’Select Workout’ to add it to your workout list. To change a selected workout, or to make it available as a favorite ’Pinned Workout’, go to 'Home' and 'Favorites'. Click on the ’+’ icon to add to your 'Pinned Workouts'.
To edit the sets, reps and more, click on the workout name in the list to the right. The complete workout is then displayed and is ready to edit. You can also edit the sets, reps and more during the workout when you 'Log' it.
