How do I copy a workout in the calendar?

Option 1: Copy one workout at a time

Just press ’Shift’ and drag the workout to the wanted date and drop. The workout is now copied. You can copy both planned and logged workouts.

Option 2: Copy multiple planned and/or logged workouts

  1. Select the copy icon to the right of the calendar.

  2. Select the dates (to and from) you want to copy workout.

  3. Select the date you want them copied to.

  4. Select whether you want to copy planned and/or logged workouts.

  5. Click Copy.
