How to Log Workouts in the App
Log workouts to save them to the training diary. Based on simplicity, logging workouts has never been easier.
Click on the client/athlete icon in the upper right corner, and choose a person from the list by clicking on the calendar icon.
Tap LOG for a planned workout in the calendar or a Pinned workout. If you don’t have either, tap ”+” in the lower right corner to select or create a workout.
The details for the workout are shown:
Mark the completed exercises as you go along.
Note! This is important to do to get correct statistics.
After selecting the completed exercises, tap “NEXT”, and the following screen will appear:
Fill out the details for the workout (duration, a comment, shape and injury).
Tap SAVE to save the workout. You will then see the workout as logged for the chosen date in the calendar, both in the app and in the web-client.
