What kind of workouts are supported?

Our system is built for all types of sports.

How do I distribute a training plan to athletes?

  1. Plan the training schedule in the group calendar and all the members in that group will receive it.

  2. You can also allocate a whole training schedule and plan to individual athletes or a group of athletes with the training program feature.

Is there a limit to group size?

No. There is no limit on how many athletes can be in one group.

How can I follow my trainees' workouts?

When your trainee logs their workouts, they will show up in your feed as well as on the athlete´s page.
