Where do I find the 50+ workout templates?

In ALTINA there are 50+ workouts for different types of training available for you.

Log in to altina.altinasport.com, go to 'Planning' and then 'Workout Templates'. Click on a workout to see the details, then ’Select Workout’ to add it to your workout list. See also Tips -Workout Templates.

To make the workout available as a favorite ’Pinned Workout’, go to 'Calendars' ,'Athletes' (pick the athlete) and 'Favorites'. Click on the ’+’ icon to add to your 'Pinned Workouts'. 
To edit the details in the workout (sets, reps and more), click on the workout name. The complete workout is then displayed and is ready to edit. You can also edit the sets, reps and more during the workout when you 'Log' it.
