50+ Available Workout Templates
To help you get started we have made a set of workout templates for different kind of sports and training. In the web-client, these workouts can be copied to your own workout list for further use. Go to “Help” in the menu, and then ”Templates”.
Click on a workout in the workout list, and the content of the workout is displayed to the right.
To add a workout to your own list of workouts, click on “Select workout”.
Go to “Workouts” to make changes to the workout.
